Hi! My name is Hailey Jo Nolan and I am a makeup artist based out of Minneapolis, MN. I have been working as a freelance makeup artist for the past four years, but I have loved working with makeup for as long as I can remember. I love working with each individual to enhance their natural features and create a stunning, timeless look. I strive to make every one of my clients feel joyful, confident, and beautiful. I believe makeup is such a powerful tool in making someone feel their most confident, and to be able to be a part of that process is such a joy and honor!
